* You pass our extensive recruitment process which includes a blue print for your development with AG Retail.
* You commence employment and receive regular feedback and opportunity to review your development plans in the first three months.
* Because we've both been clear about our expectations, you pass probation without a hitch and your plan is refined to consolidate your skills as a retail manager.
* You prove your support as an Assistant Manager and are ready to take the next step. You move into your own store to begin the next phase of your retail career.

Be warned - this is not a challenge for the faint-hearted! Our stores need a dedicated, outgoing retailer with a Masters in "can do, will do" attitude!
