- Have Leap experience
- Have Intermediate to Advance MS Office skills
- Have Dictaphone skills with a typing speed of 65+ wpm
- Be professionally spoken and presented
- Be articulate, proactive and show initiative
- Be personable and flexible with the ability to work in a team environment
