Supporting a qualified lawyer and his team, your duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Organising meeting and seminars
  • Client relations
  • Word processing -track changes and mark ups
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Monthly billing
  • Organising travel
  • General administrative duties

To be considered for an interview with this stable and growing employer, you must:

  • Have proven Legal Secretarial experience; experience within Personal Injury and Workers Compensation will be highly regarded.
  • Have Leap experience
  • Have Intermediate to Advance MS Office skills
  • Have Dictaphone skills with a typing speed of 65+ wpm
  • Be professionally spoken and presented
  • Be articulate, proactive and show initiative
  • Be personable and flexible with the ability to work in a team environment
