Elders Insurance has over 150 franchised Agents selling specialist Farm, Crop and Livestock insurances and a comprehensive range of general insurance products to rural and regional Australians. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join the Elders Insurance business unit, this new role will take responsibility for the Central region and will be based in Melbourne. This role will work alongside the Regional Managers for the Western and Eastern Regions and will see you hold responsibility for operational performance, financial management and strategic planning for your region. These roles are critical to the success of Elders Insurance, driving the business strategy within the distribution network. Working closely together, the Regional Managers will ensure that nationally the distribution teams consistently engage the Agent network with the discipline required to achieve profitable growth. In addition, the Regional Manager provides leadership to a diverse team, driving change, optimising service delivery and overall team performance whilst further building on the culture of high performance.
