This well recognised technology firm has an opportunity for a Principal Consultant to manage and perform BPM based solutions delivery to its blue chip client base. This company offers an individual the opportunity to join an innovative company where you can contribute to it's on-going strategy and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and perform BPM-based consulting in line with the company's professional services offerings.
Oversee the post-sales life cycle of the project including delivery; go live and up-sell whilst working closely with the Sales Managers and Pre-sales Engineers to determine the engagement model.
Ensure that business requirements of customers are clearly understood, translated and architected into the company's solutions.
Mentor other consultants and peers in new techniques, tools and provide input into professional development.

Key Attributes:
Previous experience in BPM Consulting and tools.
Experience/understanding of solutions design and architecture.
Experience in functional and technical implementation of BPM/SOA solutions with ideally some CEP exposure.
Ability to develop solutions across Process Flow, User Interface, SOA based integration and business rules.
Must have process modelling tools with a good understanding of XML and RDBMS systems.
Ability to be technical whilst being able to convey technical information in practical business terms.
Tertiary qualification in Computing, Engineering or related field.
