We have a unique permanent position for a software and database analyst with a large, highly successful ASX listed employer with a large technology team. Your role will be to implement, support and provide ongoing enhancements to core business applications. This role combines a unique mix of business analysis, business support, development, scripting, and reports design. The applications you will be working with include service management and call centre tools, CRM and HR/Payroll.
We are looking for people with the following experience:
- Supporting and implementing business applications to meet client specifications;
- Gathering business requirements and developing specifications;
- Strong database knowledge with skills in reports development (MS SQL Reports or Crystal Reports);
- Experience in interface design for business applications; and
- Development skills with .NET, VS Scripting, XML, SQL Server and ODBC.
Experience with BMC Service Desk Express, SalesLogix and Chris21 would be desirable.
