CUA’s national People and Culture team is helping to drive these changes and is establishing a new Learning and Development team to coordinate a learning platform across the organisation and to enable CUA to achieve its business goals. As a result of this, CUA are recruiting 2-3 Learning and Development Specialists. Reporting to the National Manager - Learning and Development this role will give you unique experience in being part of a newly created Learning and Development team and seeing the impact of your programs on organisational success. Participating as a member of the broader HR team, you will design, develop, deliver, monitor, assess, evaluate and review Learning and Development programs and training initiatives which support CUA’s Learning and Development strategy and business success. You will have 5+ years experience in Learning and Development with experience in the above mentioned elements of Learning and Development. You will be consultative, a strong influencer and be innovative in your approach. Cert IV in WT&A is essential and tertiary qualifications would be desirable.
