My client seeks Assistant Restaurant Managers to manage this very successful and fast expanding restaurant concept.

Assistant Managers have responsiblity for all aspects of management including day to day operations, planning, rostering, staff management, purchasing, marketing and profitability.

The successful applicant will require:

• a minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality/retail industry preferably with some supervisory experience.
• a proven track record in providing excellent customer service
• excellent communication and selling skills
• ability to train, and motivate staff
• hands on approach to leading a team, lead from the front
• high energy and infectious enthusiasm are very highly regarded
• natural organisational skills
