Growing contractor with a unique culture and a truly modern approach to the construction industry, seek ultra high calibre project manager who has the capability to run projects and mentor a young team of PM's. This company are led by a highly experienced management team with years of experience delivering multi million dollar construction projects Australia wide. It is envisaged you will run your own project possibly $5M - $10M and help mentor and develop some of the organisations up and coming talent. To be considered you will need to be a top performer in the construction industry and have extensive delivery experience in the Sydney market. You will have at least 5 years dedicated project management experience and will have an impressive set of achievements both at work and at a personal level. Current projects are typically in the $2M - $10M bracket and covers new build, refurb fitout across commercial, educational and retail industry sectors. Salary is to $160K depending on your level of experience.
