There is currently an opening for an experienced Manager of Technical Services (Asset Manager).

As Manager of Technical Services you will be accountable for making sure that the operations are in compliance with Australian standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will include developing, planning and implementing asset plans and projects for turbines, transformers, power distribution systems for a 770MW power station. Using your high attention to detail, business acumen and technical expertise you will construct cost and risk profiles and develop business cases for upgrades and maintenance. In this role, you will contribute to the overall strategic direction and improvement of the business.

It is desirable that you are degree qualified as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, have a tertiary qualification in a business or management discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership capacity. Substantial experience within thermal or coal fired power stations will be advantageous.

An attractive remuneration package in line with your qualification and experience will be offered. Please note this is a residential role and FIFO will not be offered.
