This organisation is a market leader in the delivery of multi disciplinary infrastructure projects with proven capabilities across the water, transportation and heavy engineering. As a result of a number of EOI and Tender documents recently being issued there is an immediate need for a Civil Estimator well versed in bulk earthworks to join its Victorian team.

You will be an integral member of the pre contracts team working within a challenging environment that is seeking to put together robust accurate quantity and labour estimates for the preparation of multi million dollar tenders. Your communication skills will be paramount as you will be the champion of relationships with key suppliers and consultants; initially taking a leading role in bid preparation and then working within the negotiation phase to secure the project win. You will have an eye for detail and often be the last person to review the estimates prior to submission. You will work with a team of highly experienced individuals and enjoy a fast paced working environment where every day brings different challenges.

Your background in the estimation and cost review of civil construction projects is mandatory; ideally you will have good experience with bulk earthworks. You will have appropriate qualifications strong relationships with Victorian sub contractors.
