I am looking for people who have worked ideally in a consultancy on pre contract roles and your resume has the following points:

• BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying or equivalent 
• Minimum of 10 years experience 
• Sector experience in Road and Rail or water 
• Cost management of projects 
• Local market experience ideally
