Our client, a market leader in the residential construction is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their organisation. Offering a personalised one on one service to home builders, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers from contract stage to site start building strong clients relationships through replying promptly to phone calls, emails and written queries. The successful candidate will: - Build strong clients relationships through replying promptly to phone calls, emails and written queries
- Sign building contracts with clients and explain all conditions of contract and ensure all contract conditions are met
- Discuss and resolve customer complaints
- Liaise with Sales, Accounts, Estimating, Drafting and Construction department
- Chase up clients finance and land settlement details
- Ensure the workflow meets relevant deadlines ie; coordinate permits and water authority
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external companies
- Ensure the client has a clear understanding of the building process and timeframes
