They currently require a Commercial Manager for a large project in Canberra. To be successful in securing this role you will need to have: Relevant tertiary qualification(s) - BSc QS preferred MRICS , AAIQS or equivalent (eg MCIOB) Proven track record in the cost management of large multi-million dollar projects working for a contractor Excellent business acumen Experience in all facets of quantity surveying and commercial management including cost planning, estimating, tender document production, executive reporting, post contract administration, claims management and high level negotiation skills Team leadership abilities and experience An ability to motivate themselves and others An ability to command respect from industry peers
