This role requires an organised and efficient team player who has exceptional client liaison and prestart experience. You'll be presentable and hardworking who enjoys giving the best customer service. The chosen individual will run and build up the client liaison prestart department. You will effectively be in charge after hand over, which is a real opportunity for anyone seeking to develop their career. Experience and qualifications: One to three storey 2 years + local experience HIA qualifications are advantageous Knowledge of estimating & scheduling Interest in interior design Solid Client Liaison skills Good understanding of construction industry Excellent communication
The role: Client liaison - giving 100% Prestart meetings - on average two a month Contract variations Ensuring effective communication is maintained throughout Problem solving Acting as a first point of contact for clients and the business.
