Join the team based in Nedlands. This leading WA based multi-disciplined contractor provides a complete suite of construction services to the industrial and resource industries including civil and concrete, mechanical, electrical and Maintenance services.

The key responsibilities of this role are to carry out all elements of estimates, tenders, expressions of interests and quotes for platework, tankage, structural, mechanical and piping works within various areas of the business in a timely manner. This includes the mining sector, green and brownfield processing plants, chemical processing, construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, workshop fabrication.

Tasks within this realm include quantity take-offs and sourcing supplier prices, attending client meetings, soliciting and assessing subcontractor and supplier quotations and identifying technical queries, devising efficient construction methods and formulating tender summaries.

To achieve the required objectives, this role works alongside project managers, site managers, supervisors and senior management and delegates to the support team during the tender process.

The successful candidate will maintain a minimum of 5 years estimating experience in structural, platework, tankage, mechanical and piping projects for both brown and greenfield projects to a minimum value of $2 million. Along with this a proven track record with tender success ratios and profitable project completions and a trade or engineering qualification is essential.
