Contracts Administrator large multi unit development
Canberra
Our client is a growing construction company undertaking a range of multi unit projects.  These include commercial refurbishments,  residential and retail works, and they build both for external clients and their associated property development company.

This new role, will encompass a full range of contracts administration duties such as contract letting, procurement, cost reporting, managing variations, RFIs, site meetings, etc. In addition, you will take on responsibility for running several projects at a time and, in conjunction with an experienced site manager.

You will need to have completed either a trade or construction related tertiary qualification, combined with several years CA experience in a building company. Professional presentation, excellent communication skills and strong computer skills are also a must.

This company offers a professional team environment, genuine long term career prospects and the role itself is well and truly a step removed from the stock standard CA role you may currently be doing. The salary package is negotiable on experience.
