These companies are well established organisations providing training and support to jobseekers with various personal barriers to gaining employment. You will join an energetic, talented team members that get a real buzz out of helping people develop skills and achieve their end goal of gaining further skills and ultimately sustainable employment. Successful applicants will have: - An insight and understanding into the significant barriers facing the long term unemployed
- Demonstrated case management experience in Employment Services (Job Services & Disability Employment)
- Experience in marketing, sales, telemarketing, cold calling and delivering presentations
- A good understanding of local labour market issues
- A results and outcomes focused approach
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Recruitment, marketing, business development and sales experience or qualifications will be highly regarded.
The salaries range from $43-55k based on experience + super + salary sacrifice an attractive bonus structure.
