As the Clinical Care Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating, coordinating and ensuring effective and safe delivery of care at ward level.
• Provide leadership, supervision and direction to staff in matters of clinical care, resident management and maintaining standards within the living environment.
• Demonstrated advanced problem solving skills and the effective sue of resources.
• Maintain and promote the Standards of Care of Residential aged Care Facilities and Moran Health Care.
• Complying with OH&S safety requirements.

Your Attributes:

• Minimum 3 years in an Aged Care setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Current registration as a Division 1 nurse with the Victorian Nurses Board.
• Effective communication skills and ability to lead by example.
• Demonstrated commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement.
• Post-Basis experience in Gerontological Nursing.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Commitment to the continuous development of professional skills.
