You will be the first point of contact for this organisation's client base which ranges from senior clients, to high-level executives and managing directors. As the face of the company, your high standards in taking the initiative, presentation, professionalism, and courteous customer service will help guests, clients and your colleague to feel welcomed to the company. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, enthusiasm, excellent time-management, attention to detail, strong computer skills, and flexibility with tasks, mean that you are the right type of candidate for this exceptional role. Duties will include: - greeting and welcoming clients, providing refreshments, keeping them updated with their appointment information
- answering phone switch, screening, transferring and announcing calls
- accurately taking and promptly forwarding messages
- booking meeting rooms
- set up business support candidate testing
- general administration tasks as required
- maintain clean and orderly reception area, interview rooms and Boardroom
- daily collect and organise newspapers and reading material in reception area
- managing, allocating and responding as approripate to emails in reception inbox and on behalf of some consultants
- booking couriers
- general tidy and maintainence of kitchenette facilities and supplies
- processing of outgoing mail
- at end of day closing and locking up the offices
- occassionally assisting Accounts Department with mail outs
- Clearing unnecessary files at the end of each month
- Ad hoc work as requested by your manager
